Q: Why can’t I access the site from home, but can access it from work?

A: Per our agreement with Horizon Bank, this site is only available from within the corporate network.

Q: What is an AVS Error?

A: The Billing Address of your account does not match the Billing Address of your Credit Card

Q: Why does my Credit Card show you charged me several times for the same order?

A: When an order is placed online, the web-site, it will first try to authorize the credit card for the amount of the purchase to make sure the credit card is valid and the funds are available on the credit card. If the credit card is successfully authorize, the site will attempt to charge the credit card per the authorization it has received. If there is an error when trying to charge the authorization, like an invalid billing address, the original authorization will remain “Pending” on the account for 7-10 business days, per merchant service not St. Andrews Products. Once the authorization times out, the pending charges for those authorizations will be removed from your account. St. Andrews Products will only charge you for successfully placed orders only.

Q: How do I change my billing address?

A: Click the “Your Account” link at the top of the web-page. (If you have not logged in yet, it will make you login). Below your “Account & Contact Info”, there is a section called “Your Address Book”. On the left portion of this screen you will see “My Primary Billing Address” along with a link “Change” next to it. Clicking the “Change” link will allow you to change your billing address.

Q: Why do you need my home address?

A: To help reduce fraudulent credit card charges, St. Andrews Products does require that the billing address of all orders we receive from our web-sites matches the credit card billing address. We only require your home address if that is the address your credit card bill is sent to.

Q: How can I view the color choices for the apparel?

A: To view the color choices, please choose your logo selection and update. Then view the color by choosing from the selections in the color drop down menu.

Q: What if I forgot my password?

A: There is a “Forgot my password” tab in the shopping cart. Click on that and following the instructions to receive a new one.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Apparel items require two weeks. Non-apparel items can normally be delivered within 3-5 days. If you need something faster, or have an event, please contact St. Andrews for more information.
